⭐Trello - Trello is an app that can be use as a project management tool. You can make a board per project and can add members so you can be organized and updated in one platform.
⭐Clockify - This is a time tracker tool so you know how long it takes for you to finish a task. You can install it as a Google Chrome. Just input your projects and it will record your time spend per project. Make sure to log out after. An alternative tool to Clockify is Toggle, which is also a reliable time tracker tool.
⭐Canva - the world has been singing praises for Canva because non Graphic Designers can now make designs in a simpler and intuitive manner. This has none of the learning curve of Photoshop. It has templates and ready made elements that you can use even if you're not creative. It's even integrated to Unplash, a free photo website so you can use thousands of royalty free photos without leaving Canva.
⭐Apollo - this is a convenient tool to gather data from the Internet that are useful for lead generation. There's a slight learning curve but it's worth it.
